A simple eggless walnut brownie to pamper yourself and indulge into a scrumptious dessert.
Ingredients:
Maida/All purpose flour : 160 gms
Baking powder : 1 tspn
Baking soda : 1/2 tspn
Dark Chocolate : 120 gms
Water : 100 ml
Castor sugar : 2 tblspn
Condensed milk : 200 gms
Vanilla essence : 1 tspn
Walnuts : 1/2 cup chopped
Ingredients
- Melt butter and chocolate and whisk in condensed milk.
- Add hot water, castor sugar and vanilla essence.
- Sieve maida/all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and gently fold in.
- Mix half of chopped walnuts and fold in.
- Pre heat oven at 200 degrees.
- Meanwhile grease or line a brownie pan or 8 inch cake pan with butter paper and pour in the batter.
- Add remaining walnuts over the batter and bake it for 35 mins.
- Serve it hot with a scoop of ice cream and chocolate sauce.
