Dahi Puri


Ingredients:
Small puris : Few
Thick curd : 1/2 cup
Sweet chutney : 1 tblpsn
Coriander mint chutney : 1 tblpsn
Chana ragada : 1/4 cup
Chat masala : 1 tspn
Coriander leaves : Few chopped
Onions : 1/4 cup
Salt : 1/4 tspn
Sugar : 1/4 tspn
Besan Boondhi : 1/4 cup

Method:

  • Poke small puris and place them in serving plate.

  • Fill chana ragada in puri

  • Add coriander and mint chutney over puri
  • Take a small bowl and add curd, salt and sugar. Whisk it.

  • Now pour curd over puris sweet chutney

  • Add besan boondi over puri.
  • Sprinkle some chat masala, coriander leaves and chopped onions.
  • Serve it immediately.
