Creamy Mango Mastani

Mango Mastani is typical served in Pune during mango season. Thick sweet mango juice served with ice cream and dry fruits.

Here in my kitchen I replaced ice cream with heavy whipped cream. Tastes creamier and tastier than regular mango mastani. Go ahead and try this out.



Ingredients:

Mangoes : Peeled and diced 2 cups
Sugar : 1/4 cup or as per your cup
Vanilla essence or cardamom powder : 1/4 tspn
Whipped cream : 1/2 cup
Dry fruits : Few as per your choice.

Method :

  • Blend mangoes and sugar in a blender into thick juice. You can add little water if you wish.
  • Transfer this into a tall glass. 

  • Keep the tall glass in to fridge for half an hour. (You can skip this step if you have frozen or chilled diced mangoes)
  • Take a piping bag and fill it whipped cream.
  • You can use any nozzle of your choice for the piping bag.
  • Now swirl down whipping cream over mango juice in tall glass.

  • Garnish it with dry fruits and serve chilled
