Quick and easy eggless mango mousse with mango glaze.
Ingredients :
Mango puree : 1/2 cup + 1 tblspn
Heavy Whipped cream : 1/2 cup
Agar Agar : 3 gms
Water : 1/4 Cup
Sugar : 1.5 tspn
Mango cubes : Few for garnish
Whipped cream : For garnish
Glazed cherry : For Garnish

Agar Agar : 3 gms

Glazed cherry : For Garnish
Method :
- Mix sugar and mango pure until sugar melts.
- Now take a bowl and add whipped cream. Whisk gently with mango puree.
- Transfer this into a serving bowl and chill it in fridge for 3 to 4 hours or until.
- Soak agar agar in water for 10 mins. Now place a pan on medium flame, add agar agar and water
- Let agar agar melt completely. Once agar agar is melted, bring it down to simmer. Add mango puree and mix it with mango puree.
- Turn the flame after 2 mins and pour this on to chilled mango mousse.
- Rest it at room temperature.
- Once agar agar glaze is set, transfer the bowl to chill.
- Serve it chill with mango cubes, whipped cream and glazed cherry.
