Cone BHEL Puri

Bhel puri is quick and easy street food available in almost every food court.

Today we are going to give a healthy twist to our street food.

All you need is.

Ingredients :
Wheat Flakes or Wheat Murmura : 2 cups
Onion : 1 small diced
Tomato : 1 small diced
Coriander leaves : Few chopped.
Tomato ketcup : 2 tbspn
Aamchur : 1 tbspn
Black salt : 1/2 tbspn
Mix of coriander seeds, methi seeds, black pepper, mustard, cumin seeds and few red chilies : Dry roasted and powdered. Bhel puri masala powder 
Sev : 1/2 cup
Paapdi or puri or maida cone : few for crunch

Method :
  • In a bowl, add diced onions, diced tomato, tomato ketcup, black salt, aamchur and bhel puri masala powder.
  • Toss in Wheat flakes / wheat murmura and sev.
  • Serve immediately.
  • I used maida cone to serve bhel so i did not add paapdi or puri. Maida cone gives a tasty and very light crunch.
