Double cheese pizza dosa is a combination of pizza and dosa topped with Italian spices. Very commonly desired street food in Hyderabad.
So lets begin with ingredients and cooking process..
Ingredients :
Dosa batter : 1 cup
Mozzarella Cheese : 1/4th cup
Cheddar Cheese : 1/4th cup
Oregano : 1 spoon
Basil : 1/2 spoon
Thyme : 1/4 spoon
Rosemary : 1/4 spoon.
Pizza sauce : 3 spoons
Jalapenos : few sliced.
Coriander leaves : few chopped.
Method :
So lets begin with ingredients and cooking process..
Ingredients :
Dosa batter : 1 cup
Mozzarella Cheese : 1/4th cup
Cheddar Cheese : 1/4th cup
Oregano : 1 spoon
Basil : 1/2 spoon

Pizza sauce : 3 spoons
Jalapenos : few sliced.
Coriander leaves : few chopped.
Method :
- Place tawa on low flame.
- Let it heat up for 3 mins on low flame.
- Now place dosa batter with ladle and spread it evenly.
- Make sure dosa batter is not too thin not too thick.
- Let it cook for 40 secs or until you see the top layer of dosa batter started to dry up.
- At this point spread pizza sauce evenly.
- Now add dry herbs.
- Now add cheese.
- Add Jalapenos and sprinkle dry herbs.
- Drizzle some olive oil over dosa and on the corners of dosa.
- Now turn the flame to medium and let it cook until cheese melts down.
- Once cheese melts down, turn off the flame and serve hot.
Note : You can add any toppings as desired, like capsicum, sweet corn, carrot, tomato, mushrooms, Make sure you maintain equal heat of pan to avoid dosa from burning.
