Hara bara cheesy parata

3 to 4 cups Atta/whole wheat flour.
1 cup water extracted from kheera. (You can add normal water instead)
2 to 3 spoons of coriander and chili paste. (Handful of coriander and 2 to 5 green chilies as per your taste).
1 small cheese cube.
1 spoon salt.
1/4 spoon black salt.
1/2 spoon coriander powder.
1/4 dry pomegranate powder.
1/2 dry mango powder.

Method:


  • Mix dry ingrediants first.





  • Now Grind green chilies and fresh coriander leaves into a smooth paste and add it to wheat flour.
  • Now add kheera water and kneed to a smooth dough.


 






















  • Let is sit for 10 mins




  • Now take big lemon size dough and roll out to make a roti. 
  • Spread grated cheese on roti.
  • Roll in from one end to other end as shown in the below pic.

 






  • Now roll out again to make a roti.





  • Place roti on high flame tava for 10 to 15 seconds on both the sides
  • Put some oil or ghee/clarified butter on both the sides.




  • Now remove Roti from tava and serve with achaar (pickle) or Dahi (Curd).
