Confession of a Mangoholic

Dear Mango,

If you are a seasonal fruit, I would devour you every day.

Being a foodie, I personally don't have any favorite in veggies but when it comes to fruits, Mango is my hero.

Color, texture, taste, fragrance, flavor and versatility of mango from different regions amuses me a lot.

Mango is the only reason to look forward for summer every year. I never let go of a single day in summer with out having mango fruit.

But this year, since I had to spend most of my summer in Uttarkand, I missed eating mangoes.

How every after coming back home, I didnt miss a chance to have them.

I also recreated many recipes with mango twist in it and as usual it became a hit among my family and friends.
