Ingredients :
Wheat flakes or Wheat Murmura : 2 Cups
Curd : 1/2 cup
Muskmelon : 1/2 cup scooped.
Chat masala : 1/4th tspn (Optional Not mandatory)
Method :

Wheat flakes or Wheat Murmura : 2 Cups

Muskmelon : 1/2 cup scooped.
Chat masala : 1/4th tspn (Optional Not mandatory)
Method :
- Take a bowl and whisk curd to a creamy texture.
- Now add Wheat flakes or Wheat Murmura and add chat masala powder.
- In serving bowl, add scooped muskmelon on the bottom as a layer.
- Add curd and wheat flakes mixture as second layer in serving bowl
- Now add one more layer of muskmelon scoops.
- Serve it immediately with a pinch of chat masala.
