Sweet potato chat

Ingredients:

Sweet potatoe : 100 gms or 2 medium sized boiled and peeled

Kabuli chana : 1 cup soaked and cooked in 2.5 cups of water with little salt.

Diced onions : ¼ cup

Mota sev : ½ cup

Ketchup : 1 tspn

Coriander leaves : Few chopped

Green Chutney : 1 tblspn

Sweet chutney : ½ tblspn

Cumin seed powder/jeera powder : ½ tspn

Chat masala : ½ tspn

Salt : As per taste

Lemon Juice : Few drops

Method:

•  Cut boiled and peeled sweet potato into small cubes. 
• Take a bowl diced sweet potato, boiled kabuli chana,  mota sev, add sweet chutney, green chutney, cumin seed powder, chat masala, lemon juice and ketchup. 

• Toss them all. Once all ingredients are mixed, transfer it into a serving bowl. 
• Add little mint chutney and sweet chutney over it (Optional) and add diced onions, coriander leaves over it and serve.
